Cancellation Policy for Peak Haven Stay

We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy to provide clarity and ensure a smooth process:


1. Cancellation Timeline and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date:
    Full refund of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to the check-in date:
    50% refund of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the check-in date:
    No refund.

  • No-shows or early departures:
    No refund will be provided.


2. How to Cancel a Booking

  • To cancel your reservation, please contact us via:

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the cancellation confirmation date.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used at the time of booking.

4. Special Cases

  • Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable events, we will consider rescheduling your booking or issuing a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Non-Refundable Rates: Bookings made under special promotions or non-refundable rates will not qualify for refunds.
